I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Jaz Belvedere Hotel. The level of cleanliness was exceptional, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. A special thanks to Mustafa, the waiter in the dining room, whose excellent manner and respectful treatment of guests made the experience even more enjoyable. His exceptional service makes you appreciate the hotel even more. I will definitely return and enjoy this hotel again.

Perfect
Food was good, staff were very helpful and with a good behavior, special thanks to Mr. Atef in the reception, and the Main Restaurant Manager they were very helpful, the chef was standing at the buffet and he helped me with my mother as she was using her wheel chair.
not equipped well for the people with handy capped special needs, as it was very hard to move my mother around the hotel although she had her wheel chair.

Amazing stay in an amazing place.
Everything was more than perfect, the staff were very friendly and polite. Mr, Amr the recepionist welcomed us very warmly making us an early check in, room upgrade and late check out all for free. The food is very delicious and the varities of food are endless. The drinks , cocktails and mocktails are incredible. The espresso is fantastic. The sea and the mountain made a perfect view. Spa is really good but expensive and the hotel tried to make us a discount there.
